Ranger marker - Tim Holtz Distress Marker Antique Linen. Distress markers are filled with water-based inks. They are used for coloring, stamping, journaling, etc. The marker has 2 tips: a broad one (for coloring, stamping and toning) and a fine one (for drawing and journaling). The ink can be applied to paper (watercolor, cardstock, matte, glossy, etc.), as well as directly onto a stamp; several colors can be applied to a stamp at once, creating a colored stamp right away. On glossy paper it dries immediately and does not smudge. To achieve a "watercolor" effect, as well as for toning and blending, it is convenient to use the Ranger Tim Holtz Water Brush for coloring, with a fine or broad tip, together with the markers.
