Product Description
Shimmer is used to create a selective or solid shimmering effect. It is a concentrated liquid with tiny glitter particles.
Water-based, with the addition of a special liquid.
Shake well before use.
For a more delicate shimmer, the liquid can be diluted with a small amount of distilled water or shaken gently.
Shimmer can also be used with aqua brushes; the liquid is suitable for filling containers.
Once fully dry, the pearl particles do NOT flake off or rub away.
Shimmer is suitable for paper crafts and for relief surfaces of texture pastes.
Volume 10 ml. Bottle with a brush.
