PAYMENT
Payment must be made within 3 business days from the date of order placement.
The minimum order amount is 100 UAH.
The minimum order amount for cash on delivery is 500 UAH.
1. Payment to IBAN account
(The most convenient and quite popular method – over 80% of our store orders are paid this way)
After placing an order, you will receive an invoice via email with the total order amount and payment details. Once the funds are credited, we start processing your order.
To speed up order processing, please inform us of the payment, indicating the order number and amount by any convenient method (Contacts).
2. Online card payment
"Platon"
If you have a bank card, you can also pay for your order immediately during checkout, making the purchase very convenient. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to a secure page to complete the payment.
If the transaction is successful, the order status automatically changes to "Paid".
3. Cash on delivery
When placing an order with delivery and cash on delivery, you pay for your order including delivery cost at the post office upon receipt.
Please note that this payment method increases the cost of goods:
- For delivery via "Ukrposhta": additional cost - 4.8% of the order amount;
- For delivery via "Nova Poshta": additional cost - 20 UAH + 2% of the amount for warehouse delivery, and approximately 40 UAH + 2% for delivery to address.
For orders over 2000 UAH, free delivery applies, and you only pay postal money transfer fees.
ATTENTION: The store reserves the right to refuse cash on delivery to some customers without explanation.
4. PayPal
Payment can be made via PayPal. If you want to use this payment method, select "Other" as the payment option and write "PayPal" in the order comments. Further instructions will be sent to your email.

DELIVERY
1. Delivery to the carrier's warehouse
Nova Poshta (fastest delivery method)
You can pick up your order at the carrier's office. Please specify the warehouse number in the order comments.
The shipment tracking number will be sent to you by email after dispatch.
Delivery payment is made upon receipt of the order.
For orders over 3000 UAH (except plotters, large cutters, and die-cut machines), delivery to the warehouse in your city via carriers is free.
IMPORTANT! If your order includes items on promotion or sale, please note that free delivery eligibility is determined based on the final order amount after discount, not the pre-discount amount. For example: purchasing paper from the "50% Sale" section with "Nova Poshta" delivery, the order amount before discount is 3000 UAH, after discount - 1500 UAH. In this case, delivery will be charged, as free delivery with "Nova Poshta" applies only for orders over 3000 UAH.
2. Delivery via Ukrposhta
Delivery cost within Ukraine:
- For orders up to 3000 UAH – payment upon receipt according to Ukrposhta rates,
- Over 3000 UAH – free delivery.
After dispatch (within 24 hours), we send you the parcel number by email, which you can track on the Ukrposhta website via the link.
3. Courier delivery by "Nova Poshta" to your address
Orders are delivered by "Nova Poshta" courier to the address you specify during checkout.
Delivery time – 2-3 days.
Payment is made to the courier upon receipt according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

Returns
We hope you enjoy our products, but if you wish to return an item, please note that according to legislation, returns can be made within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping cost is paid by the buyer. Thank you for your understanding and happy shopping.
