PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.
Minimum order amount — UAH 100.
Minimum order amount for cash on delivery — UAH 500.

1. Payment via IBAN

(This is the most convenient and popular method — over 80% of our store’s orders are paid this way.)

After placing an order, you will receive an invoice by email with the total amount and IBAN details for payment. Once we receive the payment, we will begin preparing your order.

To expedite processing, please notify us of your payment, including your order number and the amount, via a convenient method (see Contacts).

2. Online Card Payment

"Platon" Payment System

You can also pay immediately during checkout using your bank card, making the process very convenient. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment page.

If the transaction is successful, your order status will automatically update to “Paid.”

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

When selecting delivery with COD, you pay for your order — including the shipping cost — at the post office upon receiving the parcel.

Please note that this payment method incurs additional charges:

• Ukrposhta: +4.8% of the order total

• Nova Poshta: +UAH 20 + 2% of the amount (for warehouse delivery), or approx. UAH 40 + 2% (for door-to-door delivery)

For orders over UAH 2000, shipping is free — you only pay for the money transfer service.

NOTE: The store reserves the right to decline COD orders for certain customers without providing a reason.

4. PayPal

You can also pay for your order via PayPal.
If you wish to use this method, please select “Other” at checkout and mention PayPal in the comments field. Further instructions will be sent to your email.

SHIPPING

1. Delivery to a Carrier's Warehouse

• Nova Poshta (fastest option)

You can pick up your order from the carrier's office. Please indicate the branch number in your order comments.
The tracking number will be sent to you via email after dispatch.
Shipping costs are paid upon receipt.

If the order total exceeds UAH 3000 (excluding plotters, large cutters, and die-cutting machines), delivery to your city’s carrier warehouse is free.

IMPORTANT: If your order contains promotional or discounted items, please note that free shipping is calculated based on the final discounted amount, not the original total.
Example: if you're purchasing paper from the "50% Off Sale" section, and the pre-discount total is UAH 3000 but the final amount is UAH 1500, the order will be shipped at your expense, as free delivery via Nova Poshta is only available for orders from UAH 3000 and up.

2. Delivery via Ukrposhta

Shipping rates within Ukraine:

• For orders under UAH 3000 — shipping is paid upon receipt according to Ukrposhta’s rates

• For orders over UAH 3000 — shipping is free

Within 24 hours of dispatch, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on Ukrposhta’s website.

3. Nova Poshta Courier Delivery (to your address)

Orders are delivered by Nova Poshta courier to the address you provide during checkout.
Delivery time — 2–3 days.
Shipping cost is paid to the courier upon receipt according to Nova Poshta’s rates.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you wish to return an item, please note that according to Ukrainian law, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
