Product Description

The «Flock — Velvet powder has a very soft, fine texture. It is used to create extra volume and a velvety effect. The powder adheres to regular glue, which becomes clear when dry; it can also be applied over double-sided tape and regular acrylic paint. For an intense color, first apply acrylic paint matching the powder, then immediately sprinkle the flock over that spot. Gently press the flock with your fingers or a dry brush, and shake off the excess onto paper. Volume 50 ml. Very economical to use.
