Product Description
Oxide ink Ranger - Tim Holtz - Distress Oxides - Cracked Pistachio. They combine the properties of pigment inks and dye-based inks. As pigment inks, they can be used on a variety of surfaces, light and dark, producing a bright opaque impression. At the same time, they blend like dye-based inks. The inks are quite “wet” and opaque, so they can be used for embossing. They give a crisp, detailed impression that becomes much brighter when misted with water (this is a distinctive feature of Oxide inks compared with other types!). When applying inks of different colors, they do not turn muddy; they are applied in layers, and the result resembles chalk ink, but the impression does not smudge.
