Product Description

Oxide ink Ranger - Tim Holtz - Distress Oxides - Evergreen Bough. Combines the properties of pigment inks and dye-based inks. Like pigment inks, they can be used on many surfaces - light and dark - producing a bright opaque impression. At the same time, they blend like dye-based inks. The inks are quite "wet" and opaque, and can be used for embossing. They give a crisp, detailed impression that becomes much brighter after spraying it with water (this is a distinctive feature of Oxides inks compared with other types!). When inks of different colors are applied, they do not turn muddy but go on in layers; the result resembles chalk inks, but the impression does not smudge.
